Fujifilm FinePix XP30 is a compact rugged camera but sturdy as it is designed to withstand cold, shock or impacts and water. This is a camera that is not only useful for those scuba-divers, but also for boating trippers, kayakers, slope skiers, hill walkers, etc. This camera is more than ideal for those who are more exposed to dropping the camera like the kids, clumsy people or simply thriller seekers.
There are two reasons why Fujifilm FinePix XP30 is especially attractive. First, it is very stylish despite of its rugged design and the price is good. Other waterproof cameras with equal specifications will have higher price. Therefore, if you are seeking for an affordable waterproof camera, then Fujifilm FinePix XP30 will be for you.
Second, this waterproof camera has amazing features including GPS radio to tag the coordinates of the photos. To date, it seems that this camera has the best GPS radio implementation even though it is not the first camera that has it. For outdoor shots, such feature is really meaningful. It is possible to let the GPS radio of Fujifilm FinePix XP30 on while the camera is off. Thus, there is no need to wait too long to get a lock after it powers up.
With the Fujifilm FinePix XP30 it is possible to have your outdoor pictures are tagged accurately. The camera can therefore tell where the photos were taken or where you are because it has a database of place names. To share the videos and photos that you have taken, there is web upload function connected to YouTube and Facebook to allow you to do so automatically.
Fujifilm FinePix XP30 is capable of 14.2 Megapixel picture capturing, 5x Optical zoom performing, 1280 x 720 video making, and PictBridge functioning. In short, for outdoor ease to use, price, GPS function, anti dust system and sturdiness, Fujifilm FinePix XP30 is the perfect option.

Consumer Review
love this camera for underwater pictures, they turned out great! The only cons, and reason for 4 out of 5 stars is, you cant see the pictures on the display screen in the sunlight(we waited till we put it on the laptop) and I could not take a decent picture indoors. Read More Here
